Domains

Open Infra > Domains to see domains added to the workspace, domains registered through SendSets, and domains inferred from connected mailboxes. Each row shows its source, status, platform, mailbox count, DNS and connection state, and renewal details when available.

Add a domain you own

Choose Add domain and enter the domain name. SendSets gives you a TXT record at _sendsets.<domain>. Add the exact value at your DNS host, then choose Verify ownership. This proves control of the domain. It does not change your nameservers or buy anything.

To buy managed mailboxes on that domain, choose Connect. SendSets asks its infrastructure provider for nameservers. Update the domain at your registrar to the nameservers shown in Infra, then use Check DNS until propagation is confirmed. You can then buy mailboxes on that domain. A connected mailbox on a domain is shown even if nobody explicitly added the domain to the registry.

Register a new domain

Choose Provision domain to quote registration without buying a mailbox. Availability and the registration price are checked before checkout, and the quote lasts 15 minutes. Registration uses one-time Stripe Checkout. Checkout collects a billing name, address, email, and phone for domain registration. The domain appears in Infra after payment as provisioning, then becomes active when the provider confirms it. The available renewal price and date are shown when known.

You can also provision a domain and mailboxes together in Buy managed mailboxes. Google and Microsoft allow up to five mailboxes per domain. Azure allows up to 100 per tenant. Existing connected domains use the provider's mailbox-buy flow, while new domains use its order flow. An active Azure tenant subscription covers later mailboxes on the same tenant without another tenant charge.

Paid orders remain visible while mailboxes are queued, provisioning, or configuring. Each planned address has its own status. SendSets adopts an active mailbox only after credentials are available, then can start native warmup. A provider delay or uncertain purchase result stays visible while SendSets reconciles it. Contact support with the provisioning ID if an order shows Needs support.
