Sample workspace and tour
Click around a populated workspace before setting up your own, and take a step-by-step tour of the dashboard.
A new account starts empty, which makes it hard to see what a working one looks like. The sample workspace opens the dashboard signed in as a sample user at a fictional company six weeks into outbound: six warmed mailboxes, four campaigns, a list of leads, classified replies in the inbox, and a Reply agent with a week of history.
Opening it
- From onboarding, choose Explore a sample workspace first.
- From the setup checklist on Home, choose Explore a sample workspace.
- Or go to
/demoon your dashboard's address. - On the Sendsets homepage, the dashboard under the headline is the sample workspace itself on a wide screen. Click around it in place, or choose Open full screen. There the bar's button reads Sign up instead of Exit.
A bar in the bottom left corner shows that you are in the sample. Select Exit to return to your own workspace, exactly as you left it.
What it can and cannot do
Everything you can look at works: the inbox and its reply groups, opening a thread and its Reply agent draft, Reply agent activity, campaigns, leads and mailboxes. Nothing you do is saved. The sample answers from data built into the dashboard and never reaches the server, so approving a draft, editing a campaign or connecting a mailbox shows a notice instead of acting. It is per browser tab and ends when you exit or close the tab.
The tour
The tour walks the dashboard in the order you meet it: Home, the inbox's reply groups, Reply agent activity, the classifier, campaigns, leads and mailboxes. Each step highlights the part of the page it describes.
It starts by itself when you open the sample workspace. In your own workspace, start it from the setup checklist on Home (take the tour), or from Tour in the sample workspace's bar. Use Next and Back, or the arrow keys, and Esc to close it.
Setup checklist
Until your workspace is set up, Home shows four steps between signing up and a reply getting answered: connect a mailbox, add leads, launch a campaign, and turn on the Reply agent. Each step links to the page that completes it and ticks itself once done. The checklist disappears when all four are done, or when you close it.
