Lead workspace

Find buyers and turn a reviewed brief into a campaign draft in the streamlined lead workspace.

Open the lead workspace to search prospects, save contacts, and build outreach. It uses the same SendSets account, organization permissions, contacts and campaign engine as the full dashboard.

Find and save buyers

Choose Find leads to see people with an email immediately. Enter a title, country, industry or keyword, then apply targeting. Use commas for multiple values. Filters unavailable in the connected catalog are disabled. Counts come from that catalog.

Select people to find missing emails, run current verification, export CSV, or save them to a list or campaign. CSV includes the verification verdict, reason and score when available. Historical source grades do not establish current deliverability. Missing or invalid addresses may be skipped when saving.

Adding contacts to an active campaign can begin its sending workflow. Check the campaign selection before saving.

Build a campaign

Choose Build a campaign. Describe your company, offer and ideal buyer. A website is optional. Use workspace brief loads the offer and targeting saved in Project docs and Targeting. Company lookup returns a catalog description when available; review it before continuing.

Map buyer segments with the workspace AI assistant or use your own targeting. AI suggestions and email drafts use AI credits. Edit a segment, inspect matching employers, and choose recipients with an email. Then write the first email, reuse a saved email template, or generate a draft in English, German or Spanish. AI drafting also uses the writing voice saved in Project docs.

Choose sending mailboxes and save. This creates a draft campaign and saves its recipients. It does not launch outreach. Review the email, schedule, audience and sender pool on the campaign page. Start sending requires confirmation and the backend's final readiness checks. Pause campaign stops new scheduling; already queued work may finish.

Email text, daily limits, timezone, sending days and sender assignments can be edited here. Use the full dashboard for branch connections, mailbox setup and advanced configuration.

Workspace navigation

The sidebar groups every workspace area. Collapse it on desktop or open the menu on a phone.

  • Dashboard shows campaign activity, performance and sender health for the selected period.
  • Replies and Sent emails show synchronized mailbox conversations. Open a message to read its body and conversation. Review and confirm a reply before it is queued through the original mailbox's smart sending schedule. HTML-only messages link to the full inbox.
  • Email templates creates, edits and deletes reusable plain-text copy. The builder can use these templates. Formatted HTML editing stays in the full dashboard.
  • Targeting, Project docs and Settings save the shared ideal customer profile, product description, writing voice and workspace name. Save your changes before leaving a settings page.
  • Sending schedule lists campaign windows, days, timezones and daily limits. Open a campaign to edit them.
  • Exports downloads the displayed contact page and lists recent organization archive builds. Full archive creation and download use Settings > Data.
  • Team shows members and roles and sends an invitation after confirmation. Advanced member and role administration uses the full dashboard.
  • Billing shows the effective plan, granted access and AI credit balance. Managed grants can have no expiry. AI credits are distinct from B2B catalog allowances. Plans, top-ups and invoices use the full billing page.
  • API keys creates a key from the backend's read-only or full-access preset, displays its secret once and confirms revocation. Data API and Connect AI provide API and MCP configuration examples.
  • Integrations shows supported providers and actual connection status, with provider setup in the full dashboard.
  • Referrals shows your link and referral results. Notifications shows your account feed and lets you mark individual updates or the whole feed as read.
  • Tutorials links the buyer-to-campaign workflow in order.

Backend organization permissions and plan gates apply to every screen. A screen can report an access error when your role lacks its required permission.

Collaboration and portability

Records refresh after relevant realtime audit and sending events. Switch organizations from the header; saved records remain in their own organization.

An unsaved builder brief stays in this browser tab, scoped to the account and organization. Resetting it removes that local draft. Saved contacts and lists travel in the Contacts export group, and saved campaigns, steps and sender assignments travel in Campaigns. Templates, product context, keys, integration configuration and the other records use their existing workspace export groups and secret rules. The external catalog and unsaved browser draft are not included. See workspace export and import.

Filter the people catalog

Open Find leads and expand the filter sections for job titles and seniority, location, company, industry, company size, technology or contact details. Search within a picker, choose values or enter a custom value, then apply the filters. Selected values appear as chips. Applied filters stay in the URL, so refreshing or returning to a link restores the search.

Company filters include domains and exclusions; title filters include departments and excluded titles. Industry and technology suggestions come from the connected catalog. A filter unavailable in that catalog is disabled with an explanation. Clear all returns to people with an email. At least one filter is required, and an employee maximum must be at least the minimum.

The table separates name and location, job title, company and email. Columns can be hidden from its Columns control. Selecting people exposes verification, email lookup, CSV and saving actions. On phones, Filters expands above the results. Source email grades are historical; use Verify for a current check.
